Medicade/Medicare-The budget savings made in other areas is going to be spent here. It’s an explosion waiting to happen. The State has come in to try to make it more cost effective, but now they want to make it like an HMO. (We need to get the facts, but what the State is coming up with right now is going to be a financial disaster in 5 years.) We have to make it more cost effective. There are ways ….other States have cost effective and a better service. In NY it’s more like an HMO
